LeaderSHIFT 2026 -From Survival to Transformation

Last week, Sarah and Vita had the opportunity to attend LeaderSHIFT 2026, presented by Growth Faculty, centred on the powerful theme: “From Survival to Transformation.”

The speaker lineup was exceptional — featuring the one and only queen of relationship intelligence and human connection, Esther Perel, alongside Steve Martin, Dr Susan David, Michael Bunting, and Ben Crowe.

Esther Perel: Connection Isn't a Nice-to-Have
Esther Perel spoke about the critical role of human connection in modern workplaces — and why fostering meaningful relationships at work is no longer optional, but essential.
We also loved her Where Should We Begin? At Work cards. Ester (yes, we’re on a first-name basis now!) created in collaboration with Culture Amp — a brilliant tool for sparking deeper conversations within teams.

Ben Crowe: Transformation Starts Within

Another standout was Ben Crowe, who challenged leaders to examine the internal narratives that limit performance and to consciously rewrite those stories into ones that build confidence, clarity and courage.
A powerful reminder that transformation doesn’t start with strategy, it starts with mindset.

Taking It Back to the Team

Events like LeaderSHIFT matter because they don't just inspire, they equip and provide time for reflection. Sarah and Vita are already bringing these insights back into the work we do at Bramble and Briar.
