1. Registering

When you sign up for the webinar, you must give us your correct information. We'll send you an email with all the important details of the webinar, like the date and time, and a link to join.

2. Attending

To participate in the webinar, you need a computer or phone with a good internet connection. Should you be unable to attend, you will receive a copy of the webinar via email. You also need to download and install the Zoom software before the webinar starts. Be on time and stay for the whole session. Behave like a good person, and don’t write anything you wouldn’t say to someone directly. If you put unkind things in the chat, you will get booted. This isn’t a democracy, it’s our business and we aren’t here for rude bullshit.

3. Ownership

All the information we give you during the webinar is owned by us or the person presenting. You can't copy or share any of it without our permission.

4. Responsibility

We aren't responsible for any loss or damage that may happen because you attend our webinar. This is educational, and not financial advice, based on your personal situation. We also can't be held responsible if we can't hold the webinar due to events beyond our control, like natural disasters, pandemics, or emergencies. We will reschedule to the next available date and send you a link. No refunds will be offered if you are unable to attend a rescheduled webinar, as you are able to watch it later at your own convenience.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If you want to cancel your registration, you need to let us know at least 48 hours before the webinar starts. Refunds will be processed less any payment processing/platform fees we have incurred. If you cancel within 48 hours or don't attend without notice, you won't get a refund. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@brambleandbriar.com.au

6. General

These are the only rules that apply to our webinar. If any of these rules are not valid, the others still apply. The laws of the place where we are located will apply to these rules.
